Senior Director Distribution Center Operations

Location: On-Site

Are you an experienced Distribution Center Warehouse or Supply Chain leader ready to lead a large-scale operation We are seeking a Senior Director Distribution Center Operations to drive operational excellence financial performance safety quality and workforce engagement across a high-volume distribution center.

What Youll Do

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead all distribution center operations including receiving inventory fulfillment shipping and quality.
• Execute long-term operational strategies aligned with business objectives and supply chain performance goals.
• Deliver results across safety service productivity quality and cost metrics.

Financial & Business Management

• Own operating and capital budgets driving cost optimization and profitability.
• Use data KPIs and analytics to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation

• Lead Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence initiatives.
• Drive process standardization automation and large-scale operational improvements.

People & Culture Leadership

• Lead a large multi-layered workforce including unionized employees.
• Build high-performing teams focused on safety accountability engagement and development.
• Partner with Labor Relations to foster positive union relationships.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations cGMP standards and internal policies.
• Maintain audit readiness and operational integrity across the site.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related field.
• 12 years of leadership experience in distribution warehousing logistics or supply chain operations.
• 7 years leading large-scale operations and multi-level teams.

Preferred

• Experience leading unionized distribution center operations.
• Expertise in warehouse logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets.
