With a warm smile and friendly communication our To-Go team members are responsible for delivering a welcoming efficient and accurate service experience for every guest. Whether taking orders in person or over the phone you ensure each interaction is positive and a To-Go Specialist you will ensure that all guest and team member touch points as well as the takeout area are regularly sanitized and maintained. You will take pride in building loyal guests by accurately taking orders coordinating with the kitchen and carefully packaging each order to ensure quality completeness and presentation. You will also offer suggestions to enhance the guest experience and ensure every order meets our you will complete the guests experience by processing payments accurately thanking them for their order wishing them a fond farewell and inviting them to will you do in this role:Greet and welcome Guests picking up takeout orders in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer the phone promptly and accurately take Guest orders ensuring all details and modifications are clearly capturedCoordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely mannerCarefully package takeout orders double-checking for accuracy completeness and presentationMonitor food quality and ensure all items meet company standards before handing off to GuestsProcess payments accurately including cash debit and credit transactionsManage multiple orders at once while maintaining organization and attention to detailAccurately complete all set up and closing procedures for the takeout areaMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of the takeout station and high-touch surfacesOffer a friendly final farewell to Guests thank them for their order and invite them to returnWhat we are looking for:Dynamic energetic and self-confident personalityExcellent communication social and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work a flexible scheduleAbility to work as part of a team and help contribute to a positive Guest experience however necessaryOpenness to learning coaching and career growthWhats in it for you:20% employee discount dining card valid at participating brandsFlexible schedulingAn energetic and dynamic teamCompetitive wagesFun working environmentGrowth and development opportunities within the restaurantCareer advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canadas most iconic restaurant brandsAnd much more!
