Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Industrial Division team, based in Burlington, Ontario. This position is well-suited for an individual who comes from a retail and / or customer service background; industrial recruitment experience is an asset, but not mandatory.

What you'll be doing

• Source, recruit and qualify industrial candidates for various clients across Ontario.
• Build strong talent pipelines and be proactive for our current as well as future hiring needs.
• Proactively solicit feedback from hiring managers of candidates to improve and ensure candidates align with business needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources by supporting projects and initiatives.
