Job description
Step into the role of Executive Director at Inclusion NWT, leading transformative programs for individuals with disabilities. Ensure operational excellence and foster community engagement. As Executive Director, you will navigate funding challenges and work closely with the Board to implement strategic plans. This leadership role focuses on developing effective programs, managing staff, and advocating for client needs. Incorporate your knowledge of the Northwest Territories' socio-political landscape as you drive the organization's mission forward. Key Responsibilities: • Direct management of all program activities • Formulate annual budgets and operational plans • Guarantee compliance with governance policies • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff • Advocate for funding and public awareness Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years in senior management • Relevant post-graduate qualifications • Proven financial planning and monitoring skills • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities • Experience within nonprofit settings Drive meaningful change for individuals with disabilities by leading programs at Inclusion NWT and enhancing service accessibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
