Job description
Become an Assistant Store Manager, playing a pivotal role in operational success and customer engagement. Support your Store Manager in driving sales and leading a motivated team in a bustling retail environment. As a key player, you will assist with operational oversight, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient team management. Your tasks will include training staff, unpacking deliveries, and enforcing store policies. You’ll also step in as the Manager on Duty when required and handle performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily store operations and manage staff • Drive customer satisfaction and address escalated concerns • Facilitate training and employee development • Handle cash management and store openings/closings • Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards Requirements: • Two years of retail experience required • Two years in a supervisory role necessary • Excellent communication and decision-making skills • Open availability for scheduling • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively Enhance your career as a leader in retail by ensuring high service standards and achieving sales objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
