What You’ll Be Doing

Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.
Deliver on CIBC’s Imperial Service approach, acting as a single point of contact for clients and helping them plan for today’s needs and tomorrow’s goals.
Make lasting connections and provide the right financial advice to help clients secure their futures, own homes, and set up businesses.
Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and be on‑site full‑time.

How You’ll Succeed

Client engagement – focus on each client experience, connect on a personal level, provide tailored advice and solutions across banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.

Business development – understand the local market, create sales plans to convert leads, use networking to generate opportunities and deliver results, and leverage CIBC’s credit and investment solutions.

Community involvement – heighten CIBC brand awareness by attending local events, participating in marketing and outreach activities, and growing network to generate future opportunities.

You have 1–3 years experience providing financial advice, establishing relationships, and achieving performance targets.

You hold a professional certification (CIRO‑MFD) and maintain accreditation in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investment Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, meeting CIRO‑MFD licensing requirements.

You hold a Quebec certification (AMF) with current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing, and completed the necessary courses for RRC and optional CSI / ICB courses.
