About this Role : Employment status : Salaried, Full-Time (35 hours per week)Salary : TBD + Benefits & RRSPLocation : 16th Ave - Unit 1, Richmond Hill, OntarioReporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for examining information and processes that will help marketing make informed decisions and maximize processes to ensure new and existing supporters experience a meaningful journey with Hope and Healing International and engaging them more deeply with the cause and brand.

Essential duties and responsibilities : Analyzing campaign results and providing recommendations for future enhancements, seeking to increase revenue resultsGathering information and examining organizational processes to develop successful marketing enhancements to the donor database systems, business rules and reportsPlanning evaluating the current state of the organization’s systems and processes, identifying enhancements and objectives to be achieved, and formulating course of action to attain these objectivesPreparing detailed reports on marketing KPIs, donor experience, and market trendsOrganizing organizing and coordinating staff to implement the process enhancements and business rules More specifically, Marketing Analyst will : Analyse campaigns, processes, and reports to recommend changes to the donor data segmentation, creative learnings and reported donors’ experiences to increase net revenueDefine tactics, identify KPIs, and set realistic objectives for organizational business enhancementsProvide assistance to Marketing team by compiling details for business rules, reports, and business processesPlan and implement business improvements to enhance donor experiences as well as staff effectivenessPrepare reports, collect business intelligence data and compile informationLead projects and provide clear direction to improve organizational processes and implement business rulesMonitoring trends to identify and recommend enhancements to maximize donor revenue, donor retention and business efficienciesFacilitation and organization of marketing priorities requiring DSS support Our ideal candidate would have : A college / university degree with a focus on analytics, statistics, marketing and business development or equivalent2 to 3 years of prior relevant experience, preferably within the not-for-profit sectorExperience leading cross-functional teamsExtremely effective interpersonal and networking skills with a professional presence and mannerOutstanding insight and analytical thinkingProven planning and scenarios skillsDemonstrated ability to recognize and direct data and reporting needsExcellent organizational, planning and time management skillsStrong attention to detail to review data requirements efficiently and accuratelyAbility to manage multiple priorities within tightly prescribed timelinesBeing versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing prioritiesAdministrative skills with experience in creating graphics, flow charts and documenting processesTeam playerStrong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing effortsKnowledge of Donor Management software Donor Studio would be an asset Working conditions and other requirements : Hybrid office environment Must be fully committed to the core values and mission of Hope and Healing International Why would you want to come and work with us?
