Qualifications
- A related bachelor's degree
- Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience
- 2 – 5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
- UKG Pro certifications are ideal
- Experience in solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations
- Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
- Hands‑on configuration of complex client requirements in UKG Pro
- Experience leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories / test scenario creation, solution configuration, supporting testing, and deployment
- Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle
- Project management experience is beneficial
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to take a problem or situation to the next step
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (est. 30 %)
Responsibilities
Demonstrate deep understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro implementation concepts.Lead client engagement teams to deliver professional services and manage project budgets.Deliver high‑quality services, establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve deliverables on time.Maintain productive relationships with client management, managing expectations and focusing on key deliverables.Provide constructive feedback and training within a collaborative team environment.Keep up to date with current developments in advisory services and industry knowledge.Generate new business opportunities, actively assessing ways to serve clients.What We Look For
