Join EY as a Senior Consultant in our Digital Workforce Transformation practice, focused on UKG Pro implementation.

Qualifications

• A related bachelor's degree
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience
• 2 – 5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
• UKG Pro certifications are ideal
• Experience in solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations
• Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
• Hands‑on configuration of complex client requirements in UKG Pro
• Experience leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories / test scenario creation, solution configuration, supporting testing, and deployment
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle
• Project management experience is beneficial
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to take a problem or situation to the next step
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (est. 30 %)
