Why We Need You

We pride ourselves on efficiency and quality at our facility. As our newest Warehouse Assistant, you will
be responsible for continued success via organized management of production, equipment maintenance
and completing quality inspections.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

What Will You be Doing?

• Sorting and managing orders through the production process to ensure orders are correct
• Overseeing, loading and unloading lenses in equipment to ensure efficiency
• Maintaining equipment and processes by following and completing daily checklist
• Prepping lenses to ensure they pass quality inspection
• Correctly routing jobs through our manufacturing processes
• Identifying defects and completing quality inspections, to ensure we are providing the best lenses possible

As the Successful Candidate, You Have

• Previous production experience in a factory or facility working with machinery
• An ability to work in a team and support team members
• A safety-first attitude and innate enthusiasm
• Willingness to learn as training is provided

Please note that this role does require the successful candidate to be able to stand or be in motion for the majority of their scheduled shift, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds when needed and have the ability to occasionally bend and twist throughout the day.
