1. Track Part order delivery andinform Honda MGR if the part delivery may affect originalcorrelated Bench build schedule.
2. Works with Honda andBench suppliers to build new test benches across multipleplatforms.
3. Create maintain and track bench buildschedule for the correlated project validation needs shared byHonda MGR & updating software versions of all ECUs on the testbench.
4. Manage all test hardware design relatedissues.
5. Follow both company and industrystandardprocesses and procedures.
6. Ensure all hardware isdesigned and built using the latest hardware and softwarelevel.
7. Manage all Hardware related activitiesinvolving supplier requests test bench building test benchrepair.
8. Act as the communication hub between thedevelopment engineering teams and the validation team to ensure thequality of test hardware units.
9. Recognize report andcorrect inefficiencies within vehicle and bench testing.
10. Maintain software versions of all the benches in lab to thelatest available software.
11. Assemble testbenches.
12. Inventory parts and track partinventory.
13. Support the design and building of largerequests for hardware.
14. Perform tests of newly builthardware designs.
15. Troubleshoot and debug performancerelated issues.
16. Understand new test benchdesigns.
17. Support vendor requests for newhardware.
18. Provide technical support to differentsuppliers with hardware related issues.
19. Receive Partfrom shipping.
