Job description
We are hiring Overnight Team Members to join our Tim Hortons location at 9710 132Nd Ave Nw, Edmonton, AB. This full-time opportunity includes shift premiums and a chance to deliver outstanding guest experiences during overnight hours.
About the role: Overnight Team Member
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests with hospitality, fulfilling guest orders like coffees, Iced Capps, donuts, and more. You will also prepare food items like sandwiches and wraps while following the brand’s standards and equipment guidelines.
Whether you’re the first person guests see in the morning or the one creating their favorite bakery items, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Join a team where your work is valued and your efforts make a difference every shift.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment: The store operates quickly and efficiently. Team Members should be able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic setting while maintaining excellent service.
- Flexible availability including weekends: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and overnights. Flexibility is key to supporting the team effectively.
- Ability to greet and assist guests: A positive, welcoming attitude is essential. Team Members should greet all guests with enthusiasm and help complete orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow Tim Hortons product preparation and equipment guidelines: Must adhere to food prep procedures and equipment usage standards, ensuring safety and quality at all times.
