(CAN) Over-the-Counter Manager

Position Summary

To support the Store Manager in the management of store operations according to Company guidelines and lead Associates to ensure friendly, helpful service and drive profitable department sales. In addition, supports the Pharmacy Manager through the effective management of the OTC Pharmacy Department.

What you'll do

• End-to-end responsibility for Department 40.
• Receive Department 40 product, process stock, modular integrity, handle basic POS.
• Provides and enforces a safe working environment ensuring that Associates complete the required in-store Certification / licensing programs and work in accordance with Company policies, procedures and relevant government legislation.
• Establish and develop a strong working relationship with Division 1 Management.

Compensation

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
