As the Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will contribute to Laura’s success by driving the development and integration of modern, scalable and user-friendly digital experiences. You will play a key role in building and optimizing web applications, storefronts, and custom features using React, Jinja, HTML / CSS with Tailwind, and Liquid for Shopify .

This role combines frontend excellence, templating expertise, and full-stack adaptability , ensuring seamless integration between design, development, and business requirements. As a technical leader, the individual will guide frontend integration efforts, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient digital solutions

How will you support the team?

• Lead the implementation of responsive, performant, and accessible frontend interfaces.
• Develop and maintain applications using React.js and reusable component libraries.
• Integrate backend services and templates using Jinja and other server-side rendering tools.
• Customize and extend Shopify storefronts using the Liquid templating language .
• Implement pixel-perfect designs with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS .
• Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and Product Managers to align technical execution with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold coding best practices, performance optimization, and clean architecture
