Job Summary
We are hiring a Production Worker for a direct hire opportunity in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing, assembly line, packaging, or production experience who is looking for steady work in a structured production environment.
As a Production Worker, you will support daily operations by packaging and labeling products, completing quality checks, and helping keep the production line running efficiently. This opportunity offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, and a team-focused environment where safety, reliability, and attention to detail are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Package and label products according to production standards and work instructions.
- Perform quality inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, or product issues.
- Support machine operation and general production line workflow as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures, production requirements, and supervisor instructions.
- Lift, move, and handle materials or finished products as part of daily production tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.55 to $22.25 per hour.
- Machine Operator rate noted at $22.25 per hour.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Milton, ON.
- Schedule: 12-hour continental swing shifts.
