About the Job

Ruan is hiring local Class A CDL truck drivers based in Richmond, CA, to haul grocery products for our dedicated customer, Whole Foods. Drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries using an electric pallet jack. This is a collective bargaining operation with union bids on schedules based on seniority. Pay

Get paid weekly while averaging $75,000 - $80,000 per year! Earn $32.50 per hour, with overtime after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Drivers are guaranteed a 40-hour workweek.

Schedule

Be home daily with a five-day workweek and 8-to-12-hour shifts! This operation has union bid schedules, which are subject to change at rebid time. Morning shifts start between 2-4 a.m., and evening shifts start between 2-4 p.m.

Equipment

Drive a late-model Day Cab serviced by our skilled maintenance team while hauling product in refrigerated trailers. Assist via an electric pallet jack and use snow chains for mountain routes. Snow chaining experience required to drive Reno and Tahoe routes year-round.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
