What can you expect?

Bellperson provides an outstanding guest experience by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. They assist guests with their queries and provide recommendations to maximize their stay. They are responsible for the safe and efficient handling and delivery of guest luggage and equipment.

This job might be right for you if you think you would really enjoy :

• Receive and deliver luggage / other items to and from hotel rooms; Coordinate with the Front Desk and Warehouse to ensure flow is smooth and within guaranteed times.
• Store and retrieve guest equipment from ski storage.
• Efficiently answer guest inquiries regarding the area and hotel services and facilities
• Remove snow from roofs and walkways.
• Maintain public areas of the hotel including the ski storage area.
• Cross-train for other hotel roles such as front desk or night audit.
• Participate in the operation of hotel guest activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned; including janitorial.
