Location : Delta, BC, Canada.

Prism Construction Ltd. is a master builder of custom, state‑of‑the‑art commercial and industrial facilities. We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to lead large‑scale projects in Delta, BC.

Base Pay Range

$95,000 – $120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
• Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries to keep projects on track.
• Resolve issues proactively while maintaining budgets and timelines.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and communication with project managers.
• Represent Prism with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
