The Opportunity

Banff Centre is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Bell Desk Attendant to ensure a memorable stay for our visiting guests. Motivated and customer-service oriented, you will maintain the organization of guest's luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, providing storage if required, while ensuring the lobby is kept clean at all times.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist guest with activités needs, storage of luggage, communicating housekeeping requests etc.
• Provide guests with local information - including Banff Centre events and dining recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness / tidiness of lobby
• Pick-up and delivery of guest laundry
• _FIRST_=Show guest rooms, assist guests to and from rooms as required, and keep track of mobility issues
• Maintain a fire in the lobby lounge fireplace on colder mountain days
• Maintain a presence in the lobby to be able to help guests andci.
• Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of the Guest Services vehicle
