Quality Assurance Engineer Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of compliant products within budget.
• Participate in and drive the resolution of non-conformances through the MRB (Material Review Board) process.
• Identify when Root Cause Analyses (RCA) are necessary and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers. Maintain accurate records in customer documentation portals.
• Provide technical guidance to Quality inspectors and technicians.
• Present performance metrics such as rework, scrap, escapes, SNAGs, and NCRs to management.
