The University of Lethbridge, Lethbridge Campus, is currently seeking application for a Lethbridge-based Student Recruitment Officer position.

You will be a part of a vibrant team of Student Enrolment & Registrar Services professionals traveling extensively sharing what makes uLethbridge and its people shine.

Through extensive training and a variety of experiences you will have a profound impact on individuals as they navigate the post-secondary system.

If you already possess superb communication, demonstrate social perceptiveness, and excel presenting to groups of all sizes, this is your next adventure.

You will leverage your relationship management skills as you interact with future students, teachers, parents, and colleagues.

Effective time management skills are essential to your success and project planning skills would be considered an asset.

Reporting to the Manager of National Recruitment, each Student Recruitment Officer is given responsibility of a geographic area or virtual portfolio to build relationships and ensure visit coverage utilizing Strategic Enrolment Management principles.

Most of your travel will happen independently with significant evening and weekend work. As a self-starter you should be comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.

As a University of Lethbridge brand ambassador you will execute outreach events, on-campus events, campus tours, respond to inquiries, and much more.

The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification review for Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) positions.

As such, the classification level currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project. Position Qualifications Applicants should possess an understanding of the post-secondary system in addition to a 4 year undergraduate degree.

A valid unrestricted Class 5 Driver’s License with no more than 6 demerits and submission of a motor vehicle record (driver abstract) dated within 3 months of the posting close is required.
