Family Physician

Job Description

Maple Creek has an excellent opportunity for a 2 motivated family physicians to work closely with other health care professionals in Southwest Saskatchewan. This is a contracted position where the physician will join another 2 physicians, as part of a central primary care team to deliver health services to the community and a visiting clinic. Call responsibilities are 1 : 4 and emergency on-call services are remunerated as per ERCP (Emergency Room Compensation Program) rates set by the Medical Services Branch, Saskatchewan Health.

Relocation Package

The successful candidate may be eligible for :

• The which provides up to $200,000 over five years to family physicians practicing, or returning to practice, in rural and remote communities in Saskatchewan
• The , which provides financial reward to physicians who practice in the province for extended periods ranging from $3,500 - $7,000
