How you will make an impact:

TheSr.Project Manager willbe responsible foroverseeing and leadinglarge-scaleprojects focused on the development and installation of automated robotic systems. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team of mechanical and electrical designers, procurement specialists, and installation engineers to ensure project success frominceptionto completion.

What you will contribute:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects related to automated robotic systems.

• Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the efforts of mechanical and electrical design, procurement, and installation to ensure project milestones andobjectivesare met.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

• Timeline Management: Create andmaintaindetailed project schedules, ensuringtimelydelivery of all projectdeliverables.

• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all projectcollaborators, including clients, team members, and senior management. Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Risk Management: Identifypotential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Documentation: Maintaincomprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.

• Continuous Improvement: Identifyopportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

How will you get here?

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’sdegree inengineering, or related sciencefield

• 8years’relevantproject management experience

• 3years’provenexperiencein an automation or manufacturing environment

• PMP certification considered an asset

Knowledge & Skills:

• Management of projects in a structured PMO environment

• Highproficiencyusing MS Project (or equivalent)

• Solid cost and schedule managementskills

• ProficiencynavigatinginERP systems

• Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills; verbal, written, and presentation

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills, other languages considered an asset

• Valid Passport

• Ability to travel up to25 - 50% of the timeinternationallywithout restrictions

Compensation

The salary range estimated for this position based in Canada is $94,–$141,
