We are looking for a personable Service Advisor at our Virden location.
The Service Advisor's responsibilities include :
- Greeting customers as they come into the service drive thru.
- Listening to requests and scheduling appointments.
- Estimating costs and verifying insurance.
- Conducting inspections and determining vehicle issues.
- Working with technicians to convey customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
- Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections and potential cost savings.
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
To be a successful Service Advisor, you should have excellent customer service, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
You should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Wage : $22 / hour + Bonuses
