2 x Evolve Fleet Support – Temporary Full‑Time (5 Days)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring an Evolve Fleet Support team member to join our Evolve team in Southern Vancouver Island Region. This is a contractor position for one year, with the potential for a one‑year extension. The successful candidate must reside within the southern region of Vancouver Island. This role requires a 5‑day consecutive work schedule, with at least two of those days falling on the weekend. The role operates on a rotational schedule, with shifts rotating monthly between early mornings and late evenings. Candidates should be comfortable working either shift based on operational needs.

As part of the Evolve Fleet Support Services team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in ensuring our fleet of shared e‑bikes and e‑scooters are safe, charged, clean, and in top condition for our Members. You’ll relocate fleet vehicles, swap batteries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain both field assets and warehouse inventory. Whether on the road or in the warehouse, you’ll help power the success of our shared mobility services and contribute to an excellent Member experience. You’ll also support special projects and Evo Car Share operations as needed, demonstrating adaptability in a fast‑paced and innovative environment.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $25.70  / hr ($45,406.32) to $32.12  / hr ($56,757.84) and is determined via job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
