Harry Brar Law Professional Corporation is a Licensed law firm based in Ontario. We provide services like Immigration law and Criminal Law.

Role Description :

We are seeking an associate lawyer to join our growing practice. The individual should be very passionate about criminal law and immigration law, should have excellent communication skills and should be highly organized. Prior experience as a lawyer or in a criminal defence / immigration law firm is not compulsory but will be an asset.

Qualifications :

• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Proficiency with litigation processes, court procedures, and representation skills
• Effective communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple cases efficiently
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and willingness to remain updated on legal industry developments
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
