Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with public sector project management experience to work on multiple process improvement projects within the ITSM space including : User Persona, User Lifecycle, and government restructuring
This is a primarily remote role but requires onsite meetings in Edmonton up to 3-4 times per month.
Must Haves :
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment.
- Identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex projects.
- Facilitating business workshops
- gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments
- process improvement, documentation and requirement gathering
- User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- 8+ years creating flowcharts / diagrams / analyses , including but not limited to activity, process flow, data flow, entity relationship, mind map, roadmap / plan, gap analysis, organizational chart, SWOT analysis, RACI matrix, UI wireframes, user personas / journey maps.
- 8 + years working on IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects.
- 8+ years of experience working on projects with an Identity Access Management component in a complex organization.
- 8+ years leading projects or in a project management role
Additional Requirements :
- 8 years experience with the following :
- Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions
- Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications
- Experience within a Public Sector organization
- Experience with information management concepts, privacy, and security issues relating to FOIP.
- Experience working within an agile development environment
- Experience Working with M Licensing
- Understanding of IT User Transitions
