Key position functions include :
- Coordinate daily activities of the AfterMarket Services (AMS) shop and personnel
- Coordinate and ensure the assembly, testing and painting of equipment as per Company requirements
- Verify and authorize the payroll hours summary for department personnel
- Develop schedules, assign and monitor work and gather resources as required
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
- Responsible for all equipment and tools for the area, report any problems or repairs
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining area for daily and annual inventory counts
- Work in conjunction with Inside Sales and Service in order to meet customer needs and schedules
- Enforce current Company policies, expectations, and Health and Safety programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following :
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Proven leadership with the ability to build strong teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of all wellhead products and the service industry
- Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
