• ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
• Improve guests experience by offering interpretation on board
• Keeping fishing boats and fishing equipment in ready condition
• Maintaining trip and mechanical logs and maintaining a safe and clean environment in all areas
• Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake
• Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe
• Responsible for guest safety and comfort during tours, without any direct supervision
• REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Passionate and experienced angler
• High attention to detail and good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent fishing knowledge
• Ability to think calmly and clearly in any situation
• Mechanically inclined
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) support and course reimbursement provided
• First Aid experience an asset
• Responsible and able to work independently, dependable
