We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk for our client located in Toronto. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy / insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labor law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications :
- Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program.
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law.
- Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions.
- Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team.
- Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Location : Toronto
Working Hours : 9 am to 5 pm (in-office attendance of at least 3 days per week)
Salary : $65,000 to $80,000 / annually
