Requirements Engineer Softwareentwicklung (w/m/d)
In deiner Mission blühst du auf, denn :
- Um Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln, die den Bedürfnissen der unterschiedlichsten Kunden gerecht werden, ermittelst du die konkreten fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen in intensiven Kundengesprächen.
- In diesem Zusammenhang tauschst du dich mit Stakeholdern unterschiedlicher Fachabteilungen unserer Kunden aus und dokumentierst bzw.
verifizierst alle Requirements, bevor diese in den Entwicklungsprozess einfließen.
- Dabei verwaltest du alle Projektanforderungen als Backlog (Jira, Confluence oder Azure DevOps) und behältst so stets die Übersicht über den aktuellen Entwicklungsstand.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du sowohl interne Product Owner und Entwicklungsteams bei der Umsetzung komplexer Lösungen als auch deine Kolleg : innen unserer UI / UX-Teams bei der Anforderungsvisualisierung.
- Nicht zuletzt wirkst du bei der Entwicklung unserer Praxisanforderungen mit, z. B. zum Thema Engineering.
Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant :
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium in Informatik, Softwareentwicklung, Systems Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige (2+) Berufspraxis in der Anforderungserarbeitung für die Softwareentwicklung und Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmethoden wie Scrum oder SAFe
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie deine analytische Herangehensweise Fähigkeiten, mit denen du unsere Softwareprojekte konsequent umsetzen kannst.
