What you will accomplish with us
As a Developer (Student) , you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities :
- Understand and validate the needs expressed by the team, working closely with the Product Owner (PO) and / or users.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of more than 10 applications, which may include designing, programming, configuring, and integrating solutions with a “just enough—just in time” mindset.
- Prepare development work for automated test execution and support other testing and quality assurance activities.
- Perform and identify required tests throughout the development process while ensuring service continuity and avoiding interruptions.
- Provide technical support for applications once in production (anomalies, maintenance, monitoring, etc.).
- Contribute to ensuring all necessary documentation exists, is accurate, and is kept up to date to support long‑term sustainability.
- Actively collaborate in all team activities, including Agile ceremonies, team meetings, and team events.

The typical hiring range for this position in Vancouver is $23 to $28 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies according to years of study.
