The role of a Technical Support Representative (TSR) is to provide technical services for our internal servers and service contracts, ensuring engineers and end users, and supporting our wholesale distribution partners. The representative also supports the efforts of the out‑sales teams and provides representation for customer service in Canada, ensuring clear communication and liaison with stakeholders.
