Our national retail client is looking for an Intermediate Technical support analyst with experience with L1 and L2 MDM support (VMware Workspace one / Airwatch) -

Location : Mississauga (% on site)

Duration : 7 months to start

Work hours : 37.5 hours a week

Responsibilities :

  • Configure and manage mobile devices using MDM software
  • Enroll devices in the MDM platform
  • Develop and implement MDM policies for security, compliance, and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues
  • Provide technical support to end-users on mobile device usage and MDM features
  • Maintain accurate records of mobile device inventory
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM technologies and mobile device trends

Must Haves :

  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions VMWare Workspace ONE / Airwatch
  • Mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android) support
  • Nice to Have :
  • InTune
  • InTune
  • Experience with mobile device security protocols
  • Experience with mobile application management (MAM)
  • Certifications in MDM solutions
