We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as an Accounting Coordinator focused on domestic and international freight and distribution. The ideal candidate will leverage hands-on experience in logistics operations to provide proactive customer service and expert problem-solving. [Pay is based on experience]

Key Requirements

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, shipping distribution, and trucking in Canada and / or the United States.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and external correspondence.

Proficiency in Cargowise, GoFreight, E-manifest, and Microsoft Excel is an asset

Self-motivated , quick learner, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Cantonese language ability is considered a valuable asset.
