Junior Sales Associate - Remote

AO Globe Life is a company that works with all major members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across Canada and provides them with their permanent benefits. We are seeking a Remote Junior Sales Associate who will work closely with clients and team members to deliver excellent service while explaining permanent benefits available to them through labor unions, credit unions, and / or associations. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support
• Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standards
• Participate in team meetings
