Embassy Ingredients Ltd invites applications for the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist role. This position offers a salary range of $75,000–$125,000.

At Embassy Ingredients, you will join a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment that is growing at a rate of 20% year‑over‑year, integrating artificial intelligence with ERP systems, and exploring international purchasing opportunities.

Your Role Will Be Responsible For :

• Manage and oversee the procurement of raw materials, contracts, and essential goods and services
• Establish and enforce the Purchasing department’s budget
• Evaluate, update, and implement purchasing policies to optimize processes
• Maintain accurate inventory records to proactively identify when new stock is needed and avoid shortages
• Lead hard negotiations on behalf of the organization for all purchases within the Purchasing department while maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with vendors
• Source flavor ingredients from both international and local suppliers, evaluating based on quality, cost, reliability, and compliance with international trade regulations
• Provide backup support to the Replenishment and Planning team, ensuring seamless operations and continuity
