About the role
The Hospital strives to deliver care that is centred on patients and families. Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC) is the provision of care that is respectful of, and responsive to individual patient / family preferences, needs, and values, and ensures that those values guide all decisions. Reporting to the Manager Northwest Regional Renal Program with a matrix report to the Coordinator Renal Services, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients including complex patient populations whose outcomes are not predictable. As part of a multidisciplinary health care team, you will practice within the Professional Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Philosophy of patient and family centered care, mission vision, values and the policies of Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Salary Range : $40,240 to $57,680
