Notre client, acteur majeur dans la production d’aliments humides pour chiens et chats, dont les produits sont distribués dans plus de 70 pays a récemment créé le poste de Business Development Manager pour le Marché nord-américain.

L'entreprise se distingue par son engagement en matière de responsabilité sociale et environnementale, avec des recettes développées en collaboration avec des vétérinaires pour garantir le bien-être animal.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et de revenus en Amérique du Nord.
  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients et partenaires potentiels (pour les marques privées et / ou nationales) à travers des approches directes, des événements de réseautage et des opportunités de marché.
  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet, de la génération de leads à la négociation des contrats et à la conclusion des affaires.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour élaborer des propositions commerciales adaptées aux besoins des clients et assurer une livraison de qualité.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et la concurrence pour ajuster les stratégies et identifier les opportunités de différenciation.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients, en assurant un suivi régulier et en fournissant un service client exceptionnel.
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les performances commerciales, les prévisions de vente et les analyses de marché pour la direction.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience antérieure dans le développement commercial et la gestion de grands comptes, de préférence dans le secteur du pet food ou agroalimentaire (Canada, USA).
  • Compétences éprouvées en communication, négociation et gestion de relations clients.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes internes.
  • Solides compétences analytiques, orienté vers les résultats.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et des logiciels de gestion (ERP, CRM).
