Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist to join our team. The CNC Machinist will operate and maintain CNC machinery, ensuring precise production of components and adherence to strict quality‑control standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and calibrating CNC machines, performing machining operations such as milling, and conducting inspections to ensure product quality. Collaboration with production teams and strict adherence to safety procedures are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and experience in machine operation and CNC machine setup
• Skills in machining techniques, milling, and handling precision components
• Experience in quality control and maintaining compliance with industry standards
• Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot machinery issues
• Familiarity with interpreting technical blueprints and specifications
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to quality
• Relevant certifications or trade qualifications in machining or CNC operation (asset)
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar environment is considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of workplace safety measures and protocols
