Desired Background :
- 6+ years of experience in intellectual property law
- Strong background with experience drafting and prosecuting both foreign and Canadian patent applications
- Run discovery, take depositions, writing briefs all relating to patents
- Admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) a plus, not a requirement
- Admitted to practice in Alberta required
- Registered Canadian Patent Agent required
