Job description

Relevant du chargé de compte sénior, le rôle duchargé de compte est d’offrir l’interface entre le client et les services techniques de Les Entreprises DBM Reflex inc. Il est le lien principal entre DBM Reflex et les clients pour tous les produits et services.

Principales responsabilités

  • Préparer des chiffrages et les présenter aux clients;
  • Négocier les prix de ventes;
  • Établir les priorités des projets à venir en fonctions des capacités, des charges et des orientations de la compagnie;
  • Créer les projets obtenus dans le système informatique et effectuer les suivis tout au long de la fabrication (de facturation, de paiement, d’expédition et de logistique…);
  • Faire le suivi des prévisions de ventes;
  • Collecter et partager l’information technique reliée aux divers projets;
  • Communiquer constamment avec les clients et les représenter à l’interne;
  • Supporter et orienter les représentants à l’étranger;
  • Gérer les demandes d’étude de faisabilité;
  • Être à l’affut des besoins des clients pour orienter les décisions de R&D de DBM et connaître nos compétiteurs;
  • Assurer une veille technologique et une présence aux conférences sur le milieu des technologies qui s’y rattachent;
  • Développer et analyser les marchés pour tous les nouveaux produits en recherche et développement;
  • Être à l’affût des nouveaux marchés et nouvelles relations clients potentiels à développer;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec les ventes.

Profil et habiletés recherchés
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et bonne capacité à gérer les priorités;
  • Autonome;
  • Compétitif, orientés clients;
  • Bon esprit d’analyse et de dynthèse;
  • Rigoureux, pragmatique;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et avoir un excellent service à la clientèle;
  • Résistance au stress
  • Disponible à voyager;

Connaissances, éducation et expériences requises
  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en génie mécanique;
  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en ventes (relations avec clients)
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit est essentiel;
  • Connaissance du processus de fabrication de moule à injection.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite Microsoft Office 365, Excel, CAO).
