Responsibilities
- International flows and customs
- Coordinating the flow of parts (import and export) to integration sites (USA, Morocco, Tunisia, Germany, China) or to international customers, including customs aspects and collaboration with Airbus Atlantic’s legal / customs teams
- Sharing logistical constraints with Production and Supply Chain to ensure delivery on Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT) targets
- Managing transportation contracts, monitoring KPIs and carrier performance, drafting specifications for tenders and updating them as needed throughout the contract
- Analyzing malfunctions within your area and leading the associated action plans
- Deliveries and customer relations
- Acting as the main logistics contact and facilitator for the program and customers during final deliveries,
- Anticipating, communicating, and planning deliveries between production, service providers, and customers,
- Updating delivery procedures to capitalize on experience, secure, and optimize flows across all programs within the scope of logistics services.
- Managing the logistics service provider
- Ensuring the provider has adequate capacity in line with production plans
- Coordinating and prioritizing provider activities based on production needs and customer requests
- Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality standards by the service provider
- Preparing the budget and monitoring expenses
- Participating, along with the logistics manager, in the development of the forecast budget for logistics activities related to transport and various flows between integration sites
- Placing orders, managing associated receipts, and overseeing your budget throughout the year
Qualifications :
You have a BAC+5 degree in engineering or in Supply Chain / logistics management, with significant experience in the field of transport and logistics.You are therefore familiar with the logistics and transport professions, as well as the legal aspects of customs.You have knowledge of Supply Chain principles and MRP2 (Manufacturing Resource Planning).Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to work effectively as part of a team and to serve as a liaison between the client and the service provider, as well as with our transport suppliers.Expleo Values :
