We are growing! Tridon Communications is currently seeking a Site Administrator. This position is local, working directly on clients LNGC Site in Kitimat, BC.
Relocation package may be provided.
About the job :
The Site Administrator will provide service related scheduling and support functions to the Site Manager, Project Managers, and other Managers as required.
They will strive to provide the best professional, high-level customer service for our customers.
About You :
The ideal person will have 2 - 5 years experience in a customer service support role, have a certificate, diploma or equivalent experience in the related field.
You must be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer databases, Netsuite, have strong verbal communications and interpersonal skills, strong organization and time management skills and the ability to grasp new techniques and deal with rapid changing events.

- Valid Alberta Full Class 5 Operator’s License or equivalent (recent 5-year Driver’s Abstract will be required upon hire as a condition of employment)
- If required, the ability to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test and maintain the ability to pass subsequent pre-access testing for site access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with clients and team members
- Customer service focus with excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Arrange travel and camp accommodations for personnel traveling to / from site as per the project schedule
- Resolve and address flight / camp discrepancies and / or grievances
- Respond to a broad spectrum of travel issues by email and telephone
- Inform employees and management of any travel discrepancies and ensure that all staff are aware of travel procedures
- Complete inventory control including, but not limited to, ordering parts, generating quotes and tracking parts including min / max requirements
- Assist in the development of customer service standards, policies and procedures for the organization
- Aid in the investigation and correction of service related errors
- Capture data and Labour Equipment Management (LEM) entry in addition to reconciliation of service orders
- Work with customers to gather information in order to provide quality and on-time service
- Work with Site Manager concerning services or billings rendered
- Assist in tracking and confirmation of field data for programming and installations, in addition to maintaining a service log and generating daily and weekly reports when required
- Communicate solutions, successes and opportunities to the management
- When required for more complex service related situations, interact with customers and provide information in response to inquiries about products, accounts and services
- Take service inquiry calls from customers or clients, and assist in scheduling the required services to the appropriate technician
- Work directly with all technicians on the execution of site work
- Coordinate customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service (i.
e. sales, projects and engineering)
- Refer complaints of service, product failure, or errors to Site Manager for investigation
- Handle and resolve customer scheduling issues or complaints, and escalate to the Site Manager when required
- Participate in planning, staging, training and rollout of major projects as required
- Other duties as assigned
