Answer and direct incoming calls while managing a multi-line phone system. Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, arrange conference room bookings, and update calendars. Maintain a tidy, professional reception area that reflects the organization's standards. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries. Provide administrative support, including filing, record maintenance, and basic data entry. Monitor office supplies, place orders, and track inventory to avoid shortages. Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to support daily operations and resolve inquiries. High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset). Previous experience in reception, customer service, or office administration preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our client's organization in Regina, SK. In this role you will provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, manage front desk operations, and support office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Pay Rate : $19.00 - $21.00 / hour (based on experience)
- Location : Regina, SK
