Dental Clinic Manager – Victoria, BC

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

An established and highly respected dental practice in beautiful Victoria, BC is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run, fast-paced clinic with 10 operatories, 3 dentists, and 7 RDHs.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of dental clinic experience
Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role
Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
Experience with Tracker software (an asset)

Compensation & Benefits:

Wage: $40–$47/hour (based on experience)
Extended health benefits

Continuing education (CE) courses
$1,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall office efficiency
Hire, train, and develop office staff to meet patient needs and uphold clinic standards
Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, while overseeing other HR functions
Collaborate with the Lead Dentist and Regional Director to develop and implement growth strategies
