WEB ORDER ASSOCIATE

Job Overview

Join a dynamic, globally‑present retailer that designs lingerie and swimwear for everyday living. We are looking for a committed, detail‑oriented Supply Chain Associate to support the store management team in handling online orders, inventory, and shipping in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders.
• Identify, pull, and prepare ordered products : remove hangers, check for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, apply protective labels, and remove sales labels as needed.
• Order missing products and manage packing and shipping through our computer system.
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders.
• Prepare the weekly supply order.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Follow all policies and procedures of various head office departments.
• Assume additional duties as needed to support the team.
