Elevate RS is seeking a dedicated and sedTraffic Controller to join our team in Windsor Ontario. Thisfulltime position offers an exciting opportunity to work in adynamic environment while ensuring the safe and efficient movementof traffic within our operational area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Directing and controllingvehicular and pedestrian traffic to ensure safety and compliancewith regulations.
- Monitoring traffic flow and adjusting controlmeasures to minimize congestion.
- Communicating effectively with team membersand other stakeholders regarding traffic conditions and safetyprotocols.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records oftraffic incidents and control measuresimplemented.
- Ensuringadherence to safety standards and protocols while onsite.
- Training andmentoring other staff members in traffic management practices andequipment operation.
EssentialQualifications :
- Minimum 12 years of experience in trafficcontrol or a related field.
- Strong problemsolving ss and the ability tomake quick decisions in highpressuresituations.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamorientedenvironment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment tomaintaining safety standards.
