Description du poste

Résumé des fonctions
Il s’agit d’un poste de vente débutant où le titulaire est responsable de conserver et de développer les activités relatives aux petits colis. Le titulaire du poste assume des responsabilités principales, notamment les appels de vente pour répondre aux besoins des clients, la vente de produits et de services supplémentaires et le suivi des demandes faites par les chefs. Le titulaire du poste établit des relations avec les principaux décideurs et défend les intérêts des clients. Le titulaire effectue des recherches sur l’environnement concurrentiel et utilise la connaissance des produits pour générer des solutions qui répondent aux besoins des clients et aux objectifs de l’entreprise. Le titulaire du poste effectue des tâches préalables aux appels, notamment l’utilisation d’outils de vente automatisés pour effectuer des recherches sur les entreprises des clients et sur les renseignements sur les comptes afin d’élaborer des stratégies de vente et de prix appropriées. Le titulaire du poste effectue des appels impromptus de sollicitation afin d’atteindre des objectifs de vente mensuels. Le titulaire du poste crée des contacts (p. ex., appels de sollicitation à froid, etc.), surveille la conformité contractuelle et répond aux questions des clients.

Responsabilités:
  • Répond et résout les demandes, les plaintes et les problèmes des clients.
  • Coordonne les occasions et les stratégies avec les autres membres de l’équipe.
  • Maintient à jour sa connaissance des produits et des services d’UPS afin de développer des solutions de vente appropriées.
  • Passe en revue les pratiques d’expédition des clients afin d’assurer la conformité contractuelle.
  • Détermine les remises clients et rédige de nouveaux contrats.
  • Renseigne les clients sur les canaux de service d’UPS pour accélérer la résolution des problèmes.
  • Fournit des propositions de valeur convaincantes aux clients potentiels et existants.

Compétences requises:
  • Expérience avec les produits Microsoft Office ou d’un logiciel équivalent
  • Baccalauréat ou équivalent international – Atout
  • Expérience en vente d’entreprise à entreprise ou d’entreprise à consommateur et (ou) expérience en vente chez UPS – Atout
