2 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Front Desk position in the Hospitality industry preferred

Welcome guests with excellent customer service and according to Club Med proceduresProvide exceptional customer service to guests and answer any questions they may have about the facilitiesParticipate in sales of various services and offeringsHandle cash and guest room paymentEnsure work space is neat and cleanHandle any complaints and service recovery as needed with the supervision of Front Desk ManagerCheck in / out guests as they arrive and leave the property / room changesInform guests on daily activities happening at the resortManage switchboard, wake up calls, and mailEnsure first aid kits are fully stockedHandle currency exchangeWork with guests to deposit valuable objects when requestedParticipate in resort life and activitiesMail a friend
