Job Summary

Imagine the excitement and ability to show off your incredible skills in a deployed environment (overseas) for six months managing morale and welfare operations for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations from across the world!

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, managing, and controlling operations and delivery programs including physical fitness, sports, recreation, home leave travel programs (HLTA), barbering, accounting, retail operations and special events for deployed operations.
• Ensuring programs delivered are relevant to the enhancement of operational performance.
• Advising the Commanding Officer / senior military officer on programs and policies, and providing guidance and direction to team members on the delivery of services.
• Managing the well-being of your morale and welfare team.
• Providing direct customer service to Canada and its partner nations in a deployed setting, supporting Headquarters.
• Assisting with recreational activities and events.
